About Dean
Being involved in the property was always part of my investment strategy ever since I bought my first property in 2007. Instinctively, being a buyer’s agent comes from the need to help people, as I have been in the Medical Industry and have run successful clinics over the last 16 years.
My inspiration to become a buyer’s agent parallels my work in the medical field. I am used to evaluating, assessing, diagnosing and creating a plan for change, only now that skill is directed toward property.
What some don’t understand, especially when investing in property, is that if you choose the incorrect investment asset, it is the future opportunity cost of purchasing additional properties that is missed, therefore affecting the growth and viability of your investment portfolio.
It is this reason that being a buyer’s agent chose me. My goal is to guide you whilst informing you on your property choices, whether it is buying an investment property in all corners of the country, or purchasing your family home, I wish to make this process as seamless and successful as possible.
