We mitigate the chance of those little surprises becoming big surprises, clearing the property of any major defects and potential future headaches.

Negotiation

If these key components are assessed and cleared, then we negotiate to purchase. This may also include the auction bidding process. This process can save you thousands if done correctly, this is where the cost of not having a buyer’s agent causes more pain and unnecessary financial cost.
